MSW Dumpster -Johnston County, Smithfield Dumpster Rental and Dumpster Uses.

Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Consists of household waste. Such as product packaging, furniture, and clothing. Also bottles, newspapers and treated wood etc.
Please note that MSW dumpsters in Johnston County cannot contain Yard Waste or prohibited items.   
Wilson County And Harnett County: MSW dumpsters have to be dumped at the transfer station. No Prohibited items allowed in landfill.
Wayne County MSW dumpsters can not have cardboard or metal, but they can have yard waste mixed in. No Prohibited items allowed in landfill.

Mixed Dumpster - Johnston County, Smithfield Dumpster Rental and Dumpster Uses.

Can you mix MSW, and C&D in your dumpster?Yes! However, let us know because it will have to be dumped at the MSW site, to prevent being fined. Dumpsters that contain both MSW and C&D are considered “Mixed Loads” and cost more to dump.

Please note that Johnston CountyMixed dumpsters” cannot contain Yard Waste or prohibited items. Also, the dumpster must contain less than 10% cardboard.

C&D Dumpster -Johnston County, Smithfield Dumpster Rental and Dumpster Uses.

Construction and demolition debris C&D consist of those materials resulting from the following: Alteration, construction, destruction. Including rehabilitation, or repair of any man-made physical structure. Such as houses, and buildings. Plus, industrial, or commercial. Also, facilities, and roadways. 
This Smithfield dumpster rental cannot have any yard waste or prohibited items in it. 
Johnston County no longer has a separate C&D area. Therefore, Johnston County residents can mix C&D with Household waste in their dumpsters.

Examples of Construction Dumpsters and Dumpster Uses.

Some examples of C&D items are: Roofing Materials, Shingles, Non treated wood, Broken up wood pallets, Flooring, Drywall, Cardboard boxes when less than 10% of the load, Sinks, Cut up bath or Hot Tubs, Counter Tops. Also, Cardboard barrels without lids are O.K.

Yard Waste Dumpster - Johnston County, Smithfield Dumpster Rental and Dumpster Uses.

Yard waste is sometimes called Green Waste. This type of waste has special rules. Green waste is banned from the landfill. Except in landfills approved for the disposal of yard trash under rules adopted by the commission. Yard trash that is source separated from solid waste is accepted at a solid waste disposal area where the area provides and maintains separate yard trash composting facilities.

When you rent a yard waste dumpster it should not be mixed with MSW or C&D waste, to prevent fines.

Clearly this includes yard clippings. Also, shrubs, trees, grass, and limbs. Plus, straw, plants, debris from land clearing, and leaves etc. Including vegetative debris, and roots that are free from soil.  Clearly logs that are less than 11 feet in length, and other mulchable debris generated by landscaping and yard maintenance. Note that Rocks and Cement are not Considered Yard Waste.

Clearly, this Dumpster Rental agreement is between JoCo Dumpsters, LLC, and the renter. Most importantly, this contract is concerning dumpster rental, rules and fees

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN 15 YARD DUMPSTER RENTAL AGEEMENT PRICE? 1 to 7-day rental options include delivery, setup, and removal of dumpster.

What if the same client needs another rental, and a new Dumpster Rental Contract is not signed.? As a result, the current contract and rules carry over to all rentals by the same client for a period of one year.  Therefore, you only must sign a contract once a year. New renters are required to sign when their dumpster is delivered or online.  Best of all, this saves repeat renters and JoCo Dumpster time.

CONTRACT PERIOD. ABOUT US. DUMPSTER RENTAL AGREEMENT: Currently, we offer rentals periods of 1 to 7-Days. Most importantly, rental periods, are complete after the rental days have passed or the dumpster has been emptied (1) time.  

Indeed, dumpster rental contract payment is due at the time of the rental. However, if additional days are needed beyond the rental period, each additional day will be billed at a per day rate.  Additional day rentals are subject to approval. Plus, additional days must be approved before the pickup date. JoCoDumpsters has permission to charge my credit card for Dumpster Rental, overage, add on days, etc., associated with dumpster rental.

RENTER’S AGREEMENT TO PAY FOR SERVICES: Importantly, all charges related to Dumpster Rentals and services payment is due to JoCo Dumpsters LLC. Plus, payment is due at the agreed upon time. Also, rental(s), service charge(s), Dump fee’s & adjustments are due as set forth in this contract.

Clearly, payment for the dumpster rental is due when the dumpster is rented or delivered. 

PICK UP SCHEDULE: Furthermore, the dumpster shall be picked up at the end of the dumpster rental contract period, or when the dumpster is full. However, remember if approved, you can always add additional rental days. Additional days are subject to prior agreement and dumpster availability. When add on days are approved, the Dumpster must be dumped every 30 days even if not full.

FILL LINE AND WEIGHT LIMIT. ABOUT US. DUMPSTER RENTAL AGREEMENT: Importantly, the DUMPSTER CONTENTS CAN NOT EXCEED BEYOND THE FILL LINE. Clearly, this is because the dumpster HAS TO BE “TARPED” BEFORE TRANSPORT.  Also, overfilled containers can damage our tarp and make the load unsafe. If JoCo Dumpsters is fined or charged due to overfilled dumpster, the fee's and fines will be passed to the renter. 

What happens if the dumpster weight exceeds the specified rental weight? A Weight Overage Charge will apply. We recommend that you do not exceed 6,000 lbs. when loading the dumpster. If the dumpster weight exceeds our lift weight this could damage our lift system.

UN-SERVICEABLE DUMPSTER: An un-serviceable dumpster is one that is blocked in and cannot be loaded. Also, a dumpster with excessive load size or conditions that prevent safe tarping. If this occurs, the excess portion, or condition of the load must be removed by the RENTER. Otherwise, JoCo Dumpsters may dump or remove excess or prohibited debris on site. Indeed, we will only do this if it is necessary. Thus, allowing us to collect the dumpster in a manner that was agreed upon at the start of the contract. Additionally, an Un-serviceable dumpster fee will apply if:  
Additional days, are requested when the driver arrives to pick up the dumpster. (Unfortunately, this applies even if it is within the original rental period.) *An Unserviceable dumpster may or may not require a return trip for pickup.

DUMPSTER OWNERSHIP: Unquestionably, all dumpsters owned by JoCo Dumpsters LLC shall remain the property of JoCo Dumpsters LLC. In addition, the renter agrees not to modify or use the dumpsters for any purpose other than relating to JoCo Dumpsters LLCS’ service agreement.

DUMPSTER RELOCATION: Absolutely, the RENTER shall not move, transport, or relocate the dumpster(s), while they are in the RENTER possession. However, what if the dumpster needs to be relocated? Undoubtedly, if this occurs, please contact JoCo Dumpsters LLC. Also, please allow a 24-hr. notice for the dumpster to be relocated. Notably, a dumpster relocation fee will be charged to the account.

DUMPSTER PLACEMENT: Clearly, a suitable site for the dumpster to be placed will be provided by the RENTER. Plus, the Renter will grant JoCo Dumpsters LLC the right to access the dumpster(s) at reasonable times. Also, a minimum of 15’ overhead clearance from any obstructions, must be provided by the RENTER. And we may need 30-feet straight space to deliver or pick up a roll off container.

RENTER’S RESPONSIBILITY: Without a doubt, Jo Co Dumpsters LLC shall not be liable for any claim for damage by the renters or any other person. Including those resulting from the roll-off dumpster delivery or pickup. Also, from JoCo Dumpsters LLC truck, staff, and trailer servicing the dumpster. Jo Co Dumpsters LLC . This includes but is not limited to roofs, power lines, fences, porches, railing etc. Moreover, JoCo Dumpsters LLC is not liable for any damage to such surfaces. if the RENTER requests placement of dumpster on any grass, dirt, Concrete, Asphalt or driveway. 

Hold Harmless: Thus, the RENTER releases JoCo Dumpsters LLC, and shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JoCo Dumpsters LLC against all claims, damage to property arising out of RENTER’S use, operation, or possession of the dumpster. 

ARBITRATION: Finally, JoCo Dumpsters LLC shall not be liable to RENTER for failure to perform the services due to events beyond control. For example, including but not limited to, fires, floods, changes in law, weather, or traffic. Whereas all disputes or conflicts arising out of the present contract shall be settled according to rules of arbitration.

PERMITS: In addition, the RENTER is responsible for any necessary permits & agrees to pay any fines or fees associated with obtaining permits or moving the dumpster in case a permit was not obtained & was required. If the dumpster must be moved, a dumpster relocation fee will be added.                                             
WHAT CAN BE PLACED IN THE DUMPSTERS
Permitted Items: Construction & Demolition material, Drywall, Flooring, Sinks/bathtubs/Counter tops, Tanning bed (If you remove the lights), Furniture, Books/clothing, Metal (not appliances), Fencing, Concrete, Bricks, Rocks and Dirt (must be less than 10% of the load), Roofing shingles, Cardboard barrels without lids, Wood, Toilet, Household trash, Broken up wood pallets, Cardboard boxes-must be less than 10% of the load,  Insulation (must be bagged)

(Landscape debris can be placed in Yard waste dumpster only. Do not mix with household or construction waste)

Prohibited Items: Computers or electronics
 (Cell Phones, Printers), Barrels, Hazardous waste, Wood Pallets-unless agreed upon prior, Batteries, Chemical products , Animals/dead carcasses, Antifreeze, Food Waste, White goods-unless agreed upon prior, Asbestos, Adhesives, Tiresunless agreed upon prior, AC units, Thinner/lacquers , Herbicides & pesticides, Microwave, Freezer units, Recyclable rigid plastic containers, Dishwashers , Radioactive material, Unbroken Fluorescent tubes, Medical Waste, Railroad ties, Beverage contains that are required to be recycled. Refrigerators, Kitchen stove, Thermostats that contain mercury, Oyster Shells, Aluminum Cans, Mice and Keyboards, TV’s. Paint (except for completely dried out cans, i.e., no liquid). Please put kitty litter in paint cans and let dry.  -Oils to include but no limited to motor oil/ transmission oil/ hydraulic fluids/oil filters/mixed solvents/gasoline etc.

Important: Yard Waste such as limbs, leaves, grass, logs, stumps, pine straw, etc., cannot be mixed in the dumpster with household or construction waste. 

*Most of the forbidden items are either hazardous and/or need to be recycled. If you have some of these items, ask us or the landfill what is the best way to dispose of these items.

Prohibited Items: Also, if forbidden items are hidden or placed in the dumpster & JOCO DUMPSTERS LLC is charged at the dump site, RENTER agrees to pay charges & fines. The fines charged by the landfill can be $100, or $300 +. This is in addition to the dump fee. Plus, up to 15,000 for yard waste mixed in with C&D or MSW.

 If JoCo Dumpsters finds forbidden items in the dumpster before being dumped, the renter may be charged a $50 non serviceable dumpster fee. If JoCo Dumpsters must remove forbidden items from the landfill the renter maybe charged a $50 fee for this service.

Yard Waste, sometimes called Green Waste (has special rules)
.  If you rent a yard waste dumpster it should not be mixed with MSW or C&D waste, to prevent fines. 10,000 to 15,000 fines. Yard Waste Dumpsters can only contain Yard WasteClearly this includes yard clippings. Also, shrubs, trees, logs, limbs, grass, plants, and leaves etc...

The law: Green Waste is banned from the landfill. Except in landfills approved for the disposal of yard trash under rules adopted by the commission. Green waste that is source separated from solid waste my by accepted at a solid waste disposal area where the area provides and maintains separate yard trash composting facilities.

Damage to Dumpster
: The renter is responsible for any-and-all damage to the dumpster during the rental period.  This includes fires, damage caused by contaminants or other chemicals placed in the dumpster, damage from backhoe, forklifts and other machinery used to load, unload, or move the dumpster.
