What if the same client needs another rental, and another copy of our New #1 Dumpster Rental Agreement is not signed.? As a result, the current contract and rules carry over to all rentals by the same client for a period of one year. Therefore, you only must sign a contract once a year. New renters are required to sign when their dumpster is delivered. Best of all, this saves repeat renters and JoCo Dumpster time.
